Project Brief
This is a property refurbishment we recently completed for Lisa and Simon in Neath where we have completely transformed the kitchen and living room space.
Scope of Work
As part of this project, we carried out the following works:
Structural Works included:
- Rear of house removed and RSJs fitted for new bi-fold doors;
- Partition wall taken down between dining and kitchen room;
- Garage partition wall removed to open up 3 rooms;
- Old doorway bricked up and seamlessly blended in;
- New headers above bi-fold doors.
Electrical Works included:
- All new electrics installed;
- Speaker system installed into ceiling;
- Dimmable spot-lighting installed;
- Exterior feature lighting fitted.
Kitchen Refurbishment included:
- New Symphony kitchen fitted, supplied by LBS in Port Talbot;
- Feature LED lighting fitted under kitchen cabinets;
- Pocket door fitted to separate hallway and kitchen.
General Works included:
- New central heating system installed;
- New windows and front doors fitted;
- LVT flooring fitted throughout the ground floor;
- New skirting and architraves installed;
- Oak doors installed throughout the ground floor;
- All painting, wall papering and decorating;
- Carpets removed in living room and new carpets fitted.
The customer was very pleased with the finished results and has left us a fantastic review on Google.
