Scope of Work
For this project, we carried out the following works:
- Insulated all walls and floors;
- Raised the floor level to meet existing kitchen floor level;
- Removed front garage door and back door;
- Construction of insulated cavity walls with seamless brick match;
- Boarded and skimmed all walls and ceilings;
- Supplied and fitted new electrics and plumbing;
- Laid new flooring;
- Supplied and fitted skirting architraves;
- Supplied and fitted new door leading into conversion;
- Construction of custom attic hatch and boarded attic with easy-use shelving in voids;
- Supplied and fitted 2 new double-glazed windows.
