Project Brief
The Apex Property Developments team have been busy out and about with a number of landscaping projects before the Winter months set in. In this project in Gowerton, Swansea, we completely transformed this garden area.
Scope of Work
As part of this project, we carried out the following works:
- Dug out the existing garden 30 tonnes;
- Laid new drainage for the astro turf;
- Filled out garden with 10 tonnes of stone dust;
- Laid 75 metres of astro turf;
- Laid a small patio area by back doors;
- Re-stained and protected the existing decking;
- Applied stone borders.
The customer was extremely pleased with the results and now has a fully useable outdoor living space.
