Nice little project here for a customer in Swansea. She wanted to get rid of the old tired-looking conservatory and replace it with a more modern garden room.
Whilst we’re at it, how about laying a nice patio to enhance that garden area?
Scope of Work
Our work on this job included:
- Dismantling and removal of old conservatory;
- Construction of a new garden room with bespoke bi-fold doors and apex windows;
- Removal of 50 tonne of earth;
- New land drains installed to help with underground drainage;
- New ACO Group drains fitted for water drainage from new patio;
- 30 tonne of stone sub-base installed;
- 70m2 of light grey sandstone patio slaps laid, with black grout joint fix to make the slabs pop!
- Astroturf to follow!
