Project Brief
Another recent project completed for a customer in Swansea recently. This was a full property renovation, including a knock through and new kitchen.
Scope of Work
As part of this project, we completed the following works:
- Full gut of the property
- Replacement electrics
- New gas central heating and boiler
- Re-skimmed walls in all rooms
- Boarded and skimmed all ceilings
- New first and second fix carpentry
- Skirting door linings doors and architraves
- Fitted new kitchen cabinets and appliances
- Knock through exterior wall for new bi-fold doors
- New double glazed windows fitted throughout the property
- Self-levelled all floors ready for new carpets and flooring
- Fitting of all carpets
- Bathroom strip-out and new bathroom suite fitted
We enjoyed working with the customer on this project, who is extremely pleased with the finished results.
