Project Brief
No job is too big or too small for the Apex Property Developments South Wales team! In this project in Swansea, we were tasked with taking down an old wall that had become cracked and dangerous to the public.
Scope of Work
We were happy to help the customer and so carried out the following works:
- Dig out new foundations;
- Lay new concrete base;
- Build to slab level;
- Fit rear drainage with clean stone perforated pipe and behind lower lever to help with any extra weight and water build up from natural water flowing from above;
- Build new concrete block wall 18 inch pillars;
- Re-concrete the upper level to infill any gaps.
The wall is also now fully prepared for a new roof from existing garage.
