We’re proud to have recently completed a stunning wrap-around house extension in Tonypandy, transforming this family home into a brighter, more spacious, and functional living space.
Scope of Work
For this project, we carried out the following works:
- Underpinned existing side extension;
- Fitted new drainage;
- Built new retaining walls;
- Removed existing roof;
- Fitted new load bearing RSJ beams;
- Built second floor extension;
- Cut in large semi vaulted roofing;
- Renewed existing roof to house;
- Fitted new facia and soffit all round;
- Gutted down stairs area;
- Fitted new central heating system;
- Fitted new electrics throughout (full house re-wire);
- Boarded and skimmmed all down stairs and new extension;
- Knocked through into extension;
- Fitted two on-suite bathrooms;
- Fitted a new master bathroom;
- Fitted a new kitchen;
- Fitted new windows throughout the extension;
- Levelled all floors and fitted LVT flooring throughout.
